Real Name/Preferred Name: Ethan

Steam Name and Steam ID: STEAM_0:0:72294990

In Game Name: Tides/Havoc

Age: 19

Hours On Server: N/A (Reason: Server is still under development.)

Do You Use A Microphone: Yes, from time to time and/or if needed.

Do you have any bans/warnings on the server: N/A (Reason: Server is still under development.)

Do you have knowledge of ULX and how to use it: Yes, I am familiar with using ULX commands.

Previous Staff Experience:

- TCG (The Cubic Gaming) | Star Wars - Clone Wars RP | Admin
- Lazarus Gaming | Star Wars - Clone Wars RP | Admin
- IceFuse | Military RP | Admin (resigned before they gave me Super Admin)

(NOTE: My memory on TCG and Lazarus are a bit blurred now since it's been a long time. I do remember being an admin on either one of those or both.)

Why are you applying to be a Moderator: I wish to help with dealing with the server's Fail RP and/or Griefer problems. I believe that RP is a fun thing to do and I intend to keep it fun and serious at the same time, all the time.

Why do you think we should pick you to be a Moderator: I've had a good amount of staff experience on different servers. I am strict but at the same time flexible with my punishments. I am open-minded and can adapt to the situation that I get into.

3 new recruits join the server, you do some research and find out they are all friends on steam. 2 of the 3 start to cause trouble with their trainer and you can tell they are going to be minges but they haven't technically broken any server rules, What do you do: I'd keep an eye on them, hovering over them while cloaked from time to time (they're not the only ones I should be focusing on). If they've 'caused some trouble, it could still be dealt with by RP means but if they get out of hand I'd bring the ones 'causing trouble and talk to them about what they're doing. After this I would give them a warn by using the ULX !warn command (if it is enabled). I'd also talk to their other friend who isn't 'causing trouble and advise him to not do the same. If they still insist on 'causing trouble I'd give them a kick or a ban depending on what they do.

2 friends join the server and 1 of the 2 mass rdm's troopers in a debrief, whilst this happens the other one starts to laugh. You ban the first for mass rdm, what do you do with the other friend: There'd be two versions of what my action would be. One would be an RP version and the other, a staff version. I'd be doing both of them.

RP: I'd ask him why he thinks that was funny and explain to him that his fellow trooper had a defect and 'caused harm to his other fellow troopers. After this, I'd ask/advise the guards to take him to the brig for questioning.
Staff: While he is locked up in a cell I would talk to him while cloaked/on a staff on duty job and make sure he understands that if he does the same he'd receive a ban as well and not only that but him and his friend will have an extended ban time.

By applying for moderator I claim to have answered this template truthfully and pledge that I will uphold and enforce the rules to the correct standard regardless of if i'm accepted or not. I agree to never abuse my powers if I was to be accepted and acknowledge that it can result in a demotion or ban on the server. Lastly I agree to not pander the staff team about my application and if I will be accepted or not and I acknowledge that this can result in an instant Deny.

This Guy here is Great and a Greater Friend to me and his other friends..hes been friends with me ever since i started my career of "Serious Role Play" The information up there seems pretty Legit so...

I really like your application. Your situational answers let me know of the examplar you can become once you become well known in the server. I would like to see you on duty to see how you really act in such situations. Therefore, I will give a +1. Just to let you know though, we do have ULX warn enabled, and we have more rules in our teamspeak3 server. (Included in forums.) So please don't be shy to talk to us and get to know us before being accepted or denied. I do not like allowing staff we do not know yet, however.

Staff Application Accepted Welcome to the Staff Team!
