I make sure no fights happen with others staff. [/color] 3 new recruits join the server, you do some research and find out they are all friends on steam. 2 of the 3 start to cause trouble with their trainer and you can tell they are going to be minges but they haven't technically broken any server rules, What do you do:[color=#c0392b]Well you cant do anything at this point as it is up to securitys job to handle them first but after security have handled them and they keep acting the way they do. I would have a small talk with them, with in that talk I would give them a warning. If they get to far with the minge I would give them a 2nd warning and let them know if they do it again they will be kicked. As you could tell now if they did it a third time I would kick them.[/color] 2 friends join the server and 1 of the 2 mass rdm's troopers in a debrief, whilst this happens the other one starts to laugh. You ban the first for mass rdm, what do you do with the other friend:[color=#c0392b]Well he is only laughing so only security can handle him for breaking PTS. but if he starts disrespecting staff for banning the RDMer then I would kick him for Staff Disrespect.[/color] ::: Agreement ::: By applying for moderator I claim to have answered this template truthfully and pledge that I will uphold and enforce the rules to the correct standard regardless of if i'm accepted or not. Okay, so I really like your responses to the displayed situations. If you know the ULX commands well enough to carry out the responsibilities of an admin, then I would approve. The only problem I have with this application is your communication that could potentially hold you back. For an example, typing would be much harder to come out as a response for a question that would be asked quick, [color=#000000](Like being in an event to give someone permission to do something, etc.)[/color] so that's not something we prefer.[b] Other than that, I would not mind to have a trial mod for now, until we get to know you.[/b] [color=#2ecc71]+1![/color]
